Morning Green Water (30 Seconds, Zero Excuses)

The simplest way to start your day with moringa — no blender, no barista skills, no excuses. This is the ritual we recommend to everyone starting out.
What you need
- 1 tsp MornPop Daily Moringa
- 1 glass of cold or room-temperature water
- A squeeze of lemon (optional, brightens the flavor)
How to make it
- Add the moringa to your glass.
- Pour in a splash of water first and stir into a smooth paste — this stops any clumping.
- Top up with the rest of the water, add lemon if using, and drink first thing before coffee.
