Stir It Into Soup (The Dinner Upgrade)

Moringa stirred into soup

Not every scoop has to be a drink. Moringa's mild, earthy flavor disappears into savory dishes — which makes soup the sneakiest way to feed the whole family their greens.

How to do it

  1. Make or heat your favorite soup, stew, or curry.
  2. Once it's off the heat and just warm (not boiling — that protects the nutrients), stir in 1 tsp of MornPop Daily Moringa per bowl.
